Definitely will suit a group of builders, corporate relocation, family gathering. A modern kitchen, warm comfy beds, 43 inc TV with Netflix channels, Virgin Media FREE WiFi. Like all our properties we have made Ferndale Place comfortable home away from home with modern decor and nice furniture.

We stayed at the house for 3 days and wished it had been longer! The setting and house are so peaceful, The kids also really enjoyed themselves . Raph and Aimee were excellent hosts, stopping by in the mornings to check on us (when we were up and about) and give us tips about our adventures for the day. The location is also awesome for visiting the London city, and so much nicer than staying in a hotel in Town centre! Highly recommended.

Luton's a great place to stay, with lots to do and great transport links. Luton town centre is undergoing a huge redevelopment which is developing new bars, restaurants, live music scene etc.
Luton's a large town, really a city, so it has a diverse selection of neighbourhoods. It really is a nice place to live, with areas such as Wigmore, Leagrave, Stopsley, Bramingham, Bushmead being very good for families. The amazing train/bus station, new motorway connections (Junction 10 upgraded and Junction 11a in the North of the town) is great for those who want a day out in London or surrounding areas. Some excellent schools, parks etc a very good restaurant scene with a high standard of independent restaurants along with many of the usual chains. There are thriving arts and music scene that is seeing new venues open up recently - centred on the Bute Street/Guildfords street area where many old hat factories are being put to new uses.
